Description:
We are currently recruiting for our Increasing Physical Activity through Social Support and Stress Resilience (I-PASS) research study, conducted by ASU's Edson College of Nursing and Innovation. The purpose of the study is to use virtual coaching and goal setting techniques to help people become more physically active. We are looking for adults aged 60 years or older, who are living alone in the Phoenix area, and are not currently physically active, and would like to become more active with the help of goal setting. Participation is voluntary. Please see our flyer and use the QR code to see if you are eligible, read more on our website, and contact us via phone or email. Participants will receive a Vivoactive 5 Garmin physical activity tracker, personalized weekly goals, and up to $120 and gift cards for their participation.
