SVN staff are looking for volunteer assistance with proofreading the automatically generated closed captions accompanying their programming, and correcting the captions for spelling and grammar.

Description:
Scottsdale Video Network (SVN) is a government access channel which airs programs produced by the City of Scottsdale. SVN staff are looking for volunteer assistance with proofreading the automatically generated closed captions accompanying their programming, and correcting the captions for spelling and grammar.
Demands of Role:
The volunteer will review previously produced content and make spelling and grammatical corrections to the automatically generated closed captioning using Adobe Premiere software. Experience with Adobe Premiere is not a requirement, but a general comfort with computers and technology is recommended. Training will be provided by SVN staff. The schedule and hours are flexible, but limited to Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. Duties will be performed on site at the SVN offices, which are located at the Scottsdale Center for Performing Arts, 7384 E. 2nd St., Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
